Order

Until what time can I order?

Orders placed on weekdays before 10:30 PM will be processed the same day. Orders placed during the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.

I want to order an item that is out of stock. Will it be restocked?

Our drops are limited and therefore sell out quickly. It may happen that an item becomes available again due to a return, so keep a close eye on our webshop.

Do you want to make sure you don't miss the next drop? Sign up for our newsletter and follow us on social media. This way, you'll be the first to know about new releases and restocks.

What is the status of my order?

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Once the item has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace link from our external carrier.

If you have a DSTRACT account, you can find the order status under 'Orders'. Should you have any further questions, you can, of course, also contact us by sending an email to support@dstractofficial.com

I have not yet received an order confirmation, why is that?

Once an order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email within 5 minutes. If you have not yet received an order confirmation, please check your SPAM folder first. If you have not received anything, you can of course also contact us by sending an email to support@dstractofficial.com

Can I cancel my order?

Orders placed through our webshop are automatically dispatched by our logistics partner. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled. After receiving the order, you can return it within 14 days.

Can I amend my order?

I recently ordered a product that is now on sale. What now?

If you placed an order up to 2 weeks before the start of a sale period, you can send a request to support@dstractofficial.com for a refund of the difference.

Pay

What payment methods do you offer?

You can pay with iDEAL, Klarna, Mastercard, VISA, Paypal, Bancontact, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Do you also offer post-payment?

Payment can be made afterwards using Klarna.

I haven't received a refund yet, why is that?

After your return is received at our external warehouse, it takes a maximum of 10 working days for it to be checked. The refund will then be processed within 1-3 working days. If this takes longer than 3 working days, please contact us at support@dstractofficial.com

Delivery

Which carrier will deliver my shipment?

We ship our parcels within the Netherlands and Belgium with PostNL. Other shipments within the EU are sent with DHL. Shipments to the US and Australia are sent via UPS.

What are your delivery times?

Orders placed on weekdays before 10:30 PM will be processed and handed over to the carrier on the same day. During SALE periods or for large orders, it may take a little longer.

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping within the Netherlands is free for orders over 50 EUR. For orders below that amount, we charge 4.95 EUR shipping costs.

For Belgium, shipping is free for orders over 50 EUR. For orders below that amount, we charge 6.95 EUR shipping costs.

Shipping to other EU countries costs 6.95 EUR.

Shipping costs are non-refundable for returns. Shipping and return costs, as well as any customs fees in countries such as England, the USA, Australia, Switzerland, and other non-EU countries, are at the customer's expense.

Returns & Exchanges

How many days do I have to change my mind?

You have a 14-day cooling-off period with us. If you wish to return items within this period, it is free of charge. Items from orders older than 14 days will be refused.

How do returns work?

Do you want to return items? Does the return meet our return conditions? Then you can register your return within 14 days via our return portal.

You can easily start a return request by entering the order number and the email address with which the original order was placed. In the portal, you can indicate which item you want to return, supplemented with a reason for return. Once all steps have been completed, you will receive a return label from the carrier of your choice.

Can I opt for an exchange?

It is possible to exchange for a different size of the same item. Register your exchange via our return portal. We will ship the exchange as soon as the package has been received at the delivery service's parcel point.

Can I return items after 14 days?

No, we operate on a 14-day policy. Items outside this period will be refused.

Can I return worn items?

When trying on items, please ensure they remain clean and undamaged. If an item becomes soiled or damaged, we, unfortunately, cannot accept it as a return.

We advise:

  • Trying on shoes indoors on a soft surface.
  • Trying on clothes without makeup.

Unworn items with the original tags and in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

If items are returned soiled or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge any applicable costs.

What are the return shipping costs?

In the Netherlands and Belgium, returns are free of charge.

Return shipping costs and any customs duties in countries such as England, the US, Australia, Switzerland and other non-EU countries are at the customer's expense.

What is your return policy?

You can return items to us in the Netherlands and Belgium free of charge up to 14 days after purchase. Please note that items must be returned unused, clean, in their original packaging, and with the original label.
